Warranty and Service

Your AquaVié™ is warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase (90-days for reconditioned units). Any parts found to be defective will be repaired or replaced without charge.

To return a product for warranty service:
  1. Repackage your AquaVié™ System in its original packaging, or proper packaging to protect the product.
  2. Include proof of purchase with product (copy of order, packing slip, etc.) along with name, address, and reason for return.
  3. Attach correct postage and mail unit to:

30-day Returns

Try the AquaVié™ Healthy Water System in your home for 30 days. We want you to be completely happy with your AquaVié™ unit. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, please call us at 1-866-365-5339 within 30-days of purchase for return shipping information and to receive a full refund less shipping & handling. The 30-day trial offer does not apply to reconditioned units.

To return your AquaVié™ Healthy Water System during the first 30 days of purchase, all you will need to do is complete the following steps:

  1. Call customer service at 1-866-365-5339, Monday - Friday: 8am (CST) - 7pm (CST) to get a UPS return label & return authorization number.
  2. Repackage your AquaVié™ System in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase. (copy of order confirmation, packing slip, or order form). *Products must be returned within 10 days of receiving your return authorization or your account will be charged a $45 Restocking Fee.
  3. Attach UPS return label and drop off at any UPS store.
