Your AquaVié™ is warranted to be free from defects in material and craftsmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase (90-days for reconditioned units). Any parts found to be defective will be repaired or replaced without charge.

- Repackage your AquaVié™ System in its original packaging, or proper packaging to protect the product.
- Include proof of purchase with product (copy of order, packing slip, etc.) along with name, address, and reason for return.

Try the AquaVié™ Healthy Water System in your home for 30 days. We want you to be completely happy with your AquaVié™ unit. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, please call us at 1-866-365-5339 within 30-days of purchase for return shipping information and to receive a full refund less shipping & handling. The 30-day trial offer does not apply to reconditioned units.
To return your AquaVié™ Healthy Water System during the first 30 days of purchase, all you will need to do is complete the following steps:
- Call customer service at 1-866-365-5339, Monday - Friday: 8am (CST) - 7pm (CST) to get a UPS return label & return authorization number.
- Repackage your AquaVié™ System in its original packaging along with your proof of purchase. (copy of order confirmation, packing slip, or order form). *Products must be returned within 10 days of receiving your return authorization or your account will be charged a $45 Restocking Fee.
- Attach UPS return label and drop off at any UPS store.
